Welcome to EzyPrint. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the printing products and services we offer. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Orders & Payments

All orders placed through our website or with our sales team are subject to acceptance and availability. Full or partial payment may be required before we begin production, as agreed at the time of order. Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice, but any price agreed upon at the time of order confirmation will be honored.

Artwork & Proofs

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, text, and files submitted for printing are accurate, complete, and free of errors, and that they hold the necessary rights to use any submitted content. Where a digital proof is provided, production will only begin after the customer's approval. EzyPrint is not responsible for spelling, design, or layout errors present in customer-supplied artwork that has been approved by the customer.

Turnaround & Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide and begin once payment and final artwork approval have been received. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, EzyPrint is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Quality & Color Accuracy

We take reasonable care to match colors and quality as closely as possible to approved proofs. However, due to variations in monitors, printing equipment, and materials, minor differences in color, finish, or size may occur and do not constitute a defect in the product.

Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because most of our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns for items produced correctly according to the approved artwork and specifications. If an order is defective or was produced incorrectly due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a reprint or refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EzyPrint unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without our written permission. By submitting artwork for printing, you confirm that you own or are authorized to use that content and agree to indemnify EzyPrint against any claims arising from its use.

Limitation of Liability

EzyPrint's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
